Each shipment is loaded to maximize legal weights and has a uniform packaging system to ensure efficient handling and inventory management for the buyer.   Our experienced staff is well versed in domestic and international logistics supply chain management and add additional layer of customer service to guarantee that the delivery meets the customers expectations - every time.  Whether your needs are Domestic or International, our close proximity to the Interstate-10 corridor and the Long Beach Port ensures our ability to guarantee on-time shipments while maintaining the most reliable and low cost freight available in the United States.

Export Documentation

Our Doc Team is well versed in International shipping and works closely with the USDA and the Chamber of Commerce to ensure the documentation process is smooth and seamless. We provide Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, USDA Phytosanitary Certificates, and Certificate of Origins. Legalization with Embassies are also available if needed.

Reliable Shipping 

We offer shipping and delivery services to all customers.  Our Logistics Team negotiates all freight rates to ensure the most competitive and stable pricing. We handle everything from Rate Negotiations, Booking Requests, Chassis Fees, Late Gates, and Pier Pass. We work with leading NVOCC’s and Asset Based Carriers to ensure a seamless delivery. Our exports are routed through the Port of Long Beach to ensure the lowest possible freight costs. All shipments come with 21-day free time at destination port unless otherwise specified.

Secure Payment Options

In order to offer our customers the safest and most secure payment options, we have established international banking relationship with several US Banks. Through the International Banking Division, we are setup to handle LETTER OF CREDIT payments with up to 180-day extended payment terms. This flexibility allows the customer (via Bank) to work directly with US bank to ensure maximum payment security. All original documents and payment are handled BANK-to-BANK.

As an alternative to customers who are not setup to issue Letters of Credit, we are able to work on a CASH-AGAINST-DOCS (CAD) basis. We require a 50% deposit prior to loading and final payment in full prior to releasing Original Bill of Lading and other original documents.

Fumigation

For customers that require product fumigation, we offer Container Fumigation at an additional cost. We are able to comply with international regulations and work closely with the US Dept. of Agriculture to meet any Phytosanitary or customer requirements.

Nutritional Analysis

In order to ensure the most accurate nutritional analysis, we work with Chandler Analytical Labs, an “A” rated Laboratory who is certified by the National Forage Testing Association. (NFTA) All of our field inspectors are also NFTA Certified Hay Samplers and have undergone rigorous training to ensure they understand the correct NFTA approve sampling procedures. We understand that the “Test” often determines the value of the hay and therefore take every measure to ensure the most accurate tests possible. NIR and WETCHEM test available. We also provide testing for GMO, Verticillium Wilt, Aflatoxins, Endophytes, and Radiation.

Farm/Inventory Inspection

(Airport Code PHX) Customers who wish to select stacks, view inventory, sample hay, or simply tour the farm are always welcome to come and visit with our team. Hay is our passion and there simply is no better way to build the customer relationship than by walking the fields together.
